History Comes To Life
2025-2026 Season
Dr. Jane Goodall: Primatologist and Conservationist
As a young child in England, Jane was given a stuffed chimpanzee by her father, inspiring her lifelong desire to observe and protect animals. Her bravery, curiosity, and determination led her to the mysterious and dangerous jungles of Africa to study Chimpanzees in their own habitat and the first documented human to be accepted within their society beginning in 1960. Since then, Jane has traveled the world to share her experiences, raise awareness of animal protection, and promote conservation.

Theodore Roosevelt: American President
Overcoming asthma as a child, "TR" grew up to be ambitious, determined, and a force to be reckoned with as he tackled boxing, hunting, hiking, and ranching. A man of many interests and abilities, he worked tirelessly serving as a statesman, soldier, conservationist, and, of course, the 26th President of the United States. His memorable quotes, stories and adventures will delight and entertain both students and teachers alike!
